Canada Shipping, Taxes, Duty

The information on this page applies if your shipping address is in Canada.

Full-sized Table Shipping

Full-sized tables, i.e., full-sized table tennis tables, conversion tops, pool tables, and game tables(including foosball, rod hockey, air hockey, and basketball arcade), are sent by freight. See Table Shipping and Delivery for important information on shipping fees and accepting delivery.

We ship Newgy Robots only in Canada. For shipping outside of Canada please visit newgy.com

Shipping for Other Items

For other items, shipping via UPS Ground is free. For shipping time, see UPS Ground Shipping Time below.

We can also ship via Canada Post Xpresspost (two to seven business days), UPS Express Saver (one business day), or Canada Post Expedited (three to ten business days). Shipping time for Canada Post Xpresspost is two business days to major urban centers, three business days to non-major urban centers, and up to seven business days to northern regions and remote centers. Except for robots, shipping via Canada Post Xpresspost is $15. For robots and for UPS Express Saver and Canada Post Expedited, we will contact you with a shipping quote and get your approval before we process your order. If you wish, you may enter a “Maximum acceptable fee” when checking out. If you do this, we will only contact you to get your approval if the fee will be more than your maximum.

For some items, shipping to some locations may require an additional fee. Also, some locations require an Extended Area Surcharge. If so, we will contact you before we process your order so that you may approve the additional fee.

Items That Must Be Sent via UPS Ground

All floor-standing midi/mini tables and many glues, cleaners, blade varnishes, and rubber removers cannot be shipped via air, i.e., must be shipped via UPS Ground. Please check the description of the particular glue/cleaner/varnish/rubber remover that you are interested in to see if it can be shipped via air. Note that we can only use one shipping method for your entire order, i.e., we can't send some items via ground and some via air. If you wish to do the latter, please place two orders.

PO Boxes

UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. For shipment via UPS, you must give a shipping address that is not a PO Box.

COD

For COD orders, we can ship via Canada Post Expedited or UPS Ground. The shipping fee is $8.50. See COD for restrictions on what you may purchase using COD.

Sales Tax

We collect GST/HST. For shipments to Quebec, we also collect PST.

Duty

You do not have to pay any duty or import tax because we are located in Canada.

UPS Ground Shipping Time

To determine shipping time for UPS Ground, please use the UPS Time and Cost Calculator. In the “Ship From” fields, enter “Laval” for the city and “H7P 5P9” for the postal code. Fill in your “Ship To” info. Select the appropriate “Destination Type”. For “Shipment Date”, enter the date that we will ship your order (see Order Processing Time and Tracking Info). Enter anything for the customs value and weight (since you are only calculating time, not cost). Select “Time-In-Transit Only” and click the “Next” button. Your package will arrive by the date shown where it says “UPS Standard Guaranteed by:”.
