For the moment, we will only ship to locations within North America. This is due primarily to supply chain problems, the lack of shipping containers and the slow recovery from Covid. Once these issues are resolved, we will resume shipments outside of North America.

Shipping rate

If your order is less than US$59.92/CAD$77.90, there is a fixed shipping fee of US$11.50/CAD$14.95. There is no shipping fee for orders containing only gift certificates.

Order Processing Time and Tracking Info

For most items, we process and ship your order within two business days of when you place it. Exceptions to this are noted below.

Note that we consider orders placed after 4:00 p.m., Eastern time, to have been placed on the next business day. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed, we will contact you to let you know.

If you provide us with an email address, you should receive an email with tracking information.

We ship tables and robots from other warehouses. So it can take longer for us to process and ship your order and get tracking information. Generally, we will send you the tracking information within five to eight business days of when you place your order.
