How to Order

Please note that our website requires that you have cookies enabled in your browser (the browser doesn’t need to save the cookies to disk, but it must accept them while you are shopping online). If your shopping cart doesn’t work properly (e.g., forgets items that you’ve added), please double check that you have cookies enabled.

If you do not wish to enter your credit card information on our website or you wish to pay by some other method (see Payment for the forms of payment that we accept), you may still place your order on our website. After placing your order, simply contact us with your payment information. Be sure to include your order number and, if paying by credit/debit card, the exact name on the card, the card type (MasterCard, Visa or Amex), and the expiration date.
