The Palio C2 OFF Blade is made of 5 wood plies with 2 carbon layers surrounding the center ply. This blade is an offensive player’s dream. While this blade is very speedy (9.5 out of 10), it has extremely high control (8.5/10) for a blade in this speed class. This is due to its special arrangement of wood layers and the inclusion of the specialized carbon layers, which gives the blade a much larger sweet spot so that even off-center shots are easy to control. Ideal for all attacking styles including two-winged loopers and close to table fast attackers. At a medium weight of 88 grams, this blade is best suited for light and medium weight rubbers, and would probably weigh too much with heavier rubbers. Your choice of Penhold or Flared (Shakehands) handles. Palio is known for having great quality at a bargain price, and this blade is no exception.
