PPD POLICY: How we handle orders we cannot ship
With the aim of offering the best possible service to its customers, PPD process orders promptly (usually ship within 1-2 business days). If your order will be delayed, we will make sure to inform you as quickly as possible and will proceed in the following fashion:
If you have paid for your order:
If you have placed your order and paid for it but we are unable to ship your order for any of the reasons below, PPD Customer Service will contact you by phone and by email within 1-2 business days, to resolve any issue(s).
Reasons we would be unable to ship your order:
- Incorrect Combo Selection
- Incomplete/inaccurate order information
- Missing/incorrect contact information
- Out of Stock item(s)
- Questions regarding shipping
If you have not paid for your order:
PPD Customer Service will contact you once by phone and once by email. If we receive no response on your behalf within one week of our contact date, your order will be cancelled. Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reactivated or modified in any way. You must therefore place a new order to receive your items.
